Projects evaluation

We do evaluation of projects co-financed from the European Funds on every step of realisation:

• The evaluation system adopted the project implementation,
• Diagnosis of possible factors that may affect the process of implementation and achievement of performance goals,
• An assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the project, and in particular the results achieved and progress in achieving its objectives,
• An assessment of the quality management of the implementation of the project,
• Diagnosis of the project on the principles of IW EQUAL,
• Examination of the extent to which the actions are contributing to the achievement of the objectives in the project,
• Compliance actions with expectations and needs;

In order to ensure the high quality of service, according to the needs of customers, employees performing the evaluation of the project team as appropriate consult and cooperate with other experts, System Rewident.

Directly in the evaluation of projects co-financed from EU funds are involved Adviser funds, internal auditors and specialists-in evaluation and control, thoroughly familiar with the legal considerations in the implementation of EU projects.

The work of the teams involved in the evaluation of projects on behalf of the EU system oversees auditor Mrs. President - Jadwiga Shabbat while to date the work headed by appointed internal auditor, specialist in evaluation and control.
